Re:Sound - Remastering

“The transfers of Leech’s flawed acetates are by Testament’s miracle-worker-in-chief Paul Baily. Examples of what the acetates sounded like before treatment are cheekily offered as an addendum to disc 2. The transformation is astonishing. Perhaps Mr Baily should have a go at Strauss’s 1929 Berlin Staatskapelle recording of Don Juan.” (Richard Osborne)

If you have any tapes, LPs or cassettes we can turn them into CDs for you. This means more than just copying, because we can remove rumbles, hums, noises and hiss. Levels of tracks can be matched and, if you wish, CD text will be added. All in all, it will sound really good!
Re:Sound engineers are able to extract the best possible sound from archive recordings in the vaults of record companies, radio stations, private collections etc. The source material may be 78rpm records, LPs or analogue tape. Please go to www.testament.co.uk and www.mediciarts.co.uk for examples of our work.
